Uploaded photos, previews, and generated images are deleted automatically after about 72 hours. Your order page shows the time. You can delete them sooner from your account.
A refund is available within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded a full-resolution image. The refund policy explains partial cases and what happens after the files are deleted.
